Typical scenario of a rally activity
- Welcome, briefing and recommendations related to the technique of control and safety. This briefing is given by the tour leaders, who will accompany the group throughout the day.
- Set-up of the teams, departure of the participants (one car after the other) - the participants drive themselves. Refreshments, snack bars and emergency instructions are available in each car.
- The teams find their way with the help of a road book. The road book is made up of several stages, with various levels of difficulty (to add a bit of a challenging aspect to the day). It is also set-up in such a way that each one in the car has a role to play.
- Several stops are organized throughout the day, during which playful activities take place, by team, and under the direction of the tour leaders.
- At the last stop, the results of the various activities are evaluated, and the winning team is receiving a trophy.
- After having filled in the tank, all the teams form a large column to go back to the starting point. It's a great opportunity to take unforgettable pictures.
