There are many ways to refer to these opportunities to bring teams together. Working or having fun, the key word is “together”, all the members of the team will join forces to achieve a common goal.
The Festive Season is traditionally the right time to bring teams together (and usually there is more play than work ;-))
January is also a highlight of this festive period: it’s a good time for companies to present their wishes, announce the results and outline the objectives of the new year.
